Customers will be greeted by a knowledgeable representative and will be picked up at the Sangster’s Intl Airport, then taken to the Grand Palladium Hotel in a fully air-conditioned vehicle. Sightseeing's can be a complement if needed by customers at no cost. Customers are required to contact via email or phone of any change of time that may occur. Your name full name will be written on a sign for easier acknowledgement.

The drivers were reliable and friendly. Although there was a slight delay for my return trip to the airport (due to traffic), I was informed immediately and still made it in plenty of time for my flight

Dwayne was the driver assigned to take me from the airport to my resort. He was incredibly patient with me in dealing with my flight delay, my delay in getting through customs, and my need to stop at an ATM on the way to my resort. In addition to this, as a single person travelling to meet up with the rest of my group, I felt safe and secure during my trip with Dwayne. Finally, not to leave these items out, Dwayne's communication was spot on and the vehicle itself was comfortable. Dwayne made my first experience in Jamaica a great experience. I would highly recommend him.
